These are early case studies, not large clinical trials. Promising observations should be shared alongside their limitations.

Can Biological Age Actually Be Reversed? Two People's Results.

We measured two patients' biological age before and after MUSE stem cell therapy. Months later, multiple organ systems tested years younger.

What we did

Biological age reflects patterns in how cells and organs are functioning. We used an advanced epigenetic clock that estimates the biological age of 19 separate organ systems.

Two middle-aged adults received intravenous MUSE cell therapy paired with cell-derived signaling particles. We tested their biological age before treatment and again three to six months later.

What we observed

Both patients showed reductions in estimated biological age across several organ systems. The second patient, aged 60, saw their overall biological age estimate fall from roughly 64 to 53 after a single infusion.

Neither patient experienced any adverse effects during the reported follow-up period.

In plain terms

The measurements moved in a direction consistent with younger organ-system profiles, most notably in the brain and immune system. These are objective biomarker observations, not proof of a clinical benefit.

Where the honesty matters

This is a two-person case study, not a large controlled trial, so it cannot establish that MUSE therapy caused the changes or predict how another person would respond.

Epigenetic clocks are emerging research tools. A lower biological-age reading is not the same as a guaranteed reduction in disease risk or a longer life. Larger controlled trials are needed.

Tracking Inflammation and Cellular Aging in Two Patients

In a second case series, MUSE cells were combined with exosome therapy and inflammatory and epigenetic markers were followed over time.

What we did

This series followed two patients with inflammatory conditions. Alongside MUSE cells, clinicians used exosomes and tracked each patient with serial testing, including epigenetic biomarkers related to inflammation and cellular aging.

What we observed

Both patients showed movement in inflammatory and biological-age markers over the follow-up period. The therapy was reported as well tolerated in these two patients.

In plain terms

The clinicians measured whether the underlying biomarkers were moving over time instead of relying only on how each person said they felt.

Where the honesty matters

This small case series had no control group and cannot prove cause and effect. One patient also had other health factors that make it harder to attribute changes to any single treatment.

The observations point toward further study; they do not describe typical or expected results.
